What the client wanted
This client wanted to maximise space with a view to maximising profit once they had sold the property on. They also had an enormous garden, which they felt was wasted and could have been better utilised.
Our creative solution
Our solution was to design two incredibly modern houses to the rear of their garden. We also managed to retain a huge garden for the client’s house while also providing fantastic outdoor spaces for the owners of the two new houses. Both homes were light and airy. We created the illusion of space by fitting floor to ceiling windows throughout.
Our favourite features
This project was all about creating the wow factor. The zinc porches and loft extensions offered a minimalist modern finish, and the clean lines offered a deluxe façade that far exceeded the build costs. It was a project that utilised simple materials and modern building techniques to create a bespoke and upmarket property.
