Are your architects creative?
Is Nutella the king of all spreads? (Yes. Yes, it is.) Our architects are a massively passionate and talented bunch. They love to sketch and come up with lots of different ideas, and their noses are always in the latest journals and digests, so they stay up-to-date with the latest, most cutting-edge building materials. At the end of the day, our work is a reflection of us and something we’re enormously proud of, so we’ll always help you stand out from the crowd with envy-inducing design and smart solutions.

What should I do if I’m not sure exactly what I want?
This is actually a situation we love. A bit like that one time you walk into the hairdressers and tell them to just do what they like. We really enjoy using our keen, expert eyes on a space that might feel tricky to transform, or where you’ve got a rough idea but need a little help giving it more oomph and consideration. Our architects will give you multiple options, so you can choose the perfect one for you, as well as different types of materials to help your extension stand out from the crowd.

Are your architects accredited?
We certainly are. All of our architects are members of the Architects Registration Board (ARB), giving you peace of mind that we’re all qualified to the highest standards. This means your extension will be built to the highest quality. It also means we’re always up-to-date with current affairs in architecture, and our skills and knowledge will always be informed.

How long will it take to prepare drawings?
To be honest, it depends on the size of the project, but for most typical, hiccup-free household extensions we would expect to have a full set of drawings ready within 2 weeks. (That includes the design meetings with our in-house planners and architects).

How much will my extension cost to build?
We understand that second to buying your home an extension might be the biggest investment you ever make, so it’s important that you know exactly how much it will cost to build. We have worked on so many successful extension projects that our team will be able to provide an accurate cost for construction. So, if you have an idea of what your dream extension might look like, give us a call and we’ll be able to advise you of the project cost.
