At the start of your journey, we sit down with you to discuss how you want your dream home to look.

After we have gotten to know you, and discussed your vision and requirements, we get to work on the design proposal process.

The Process

Our designers and planners will take the ideas discussed in your initial consultation and prepare detailed sketches. The project design can then be tweaked and developed as ideas evolve.

In order to create accurate existing floor plans, one of our experienced surveyors will visit your home to take all relevant measurements. They will also take photographs of your home to give your architect both a reference point and another source of inspiration.

Your architect will work closely with our in-house planning consultants to prepare a full set of existing and proposed plans.

Your dedicated planner will arrange a screen sharing session to take you through the proposed plans. To help you visualise the new spaces, we design in 3D and we can move around the model on screen.

Minor revisions can be made before the drawings are finalised.

Once complete your plans will be packaged up by your architect, ready for submission.

Now that your plans are ready, our in-house planners will prepare all the relevant planning forms.

The majority of our planners have previously worked as senior planning officers for a number of local authorities within London. They understand how the planning system works in practice which is why we have such a high success rate.
